The decision was taken to employ the services of a professional website builder, after a short review process of three likely contractors Merit chose to engage Alex Payne and his company. We had some concerns initially because it was a small, young design company just starting out.
After a couple of preliminary design meetings with Alex and his graphic designer, Merit agreed to a phased delivery approach whereby Alex initially handled everything. In due course Merit was to have the facility to control the websites content management in-house.
Once work began our fears were soon laid to rest. The quality of work was second to none, their knowledge of all things "web" was impressive and his speed of work was incredible. Not only an able designer but also has a high level of expertise in SEO enabling him to advise on the best ways to improve website hit rates.

The Brief
Merit Technology (Europe) Limited created its own website a few years ago, the remit was that a staff member (not a web designer / builder) should build a quick and simple site giving Merit a web presence, as would be expected it lacked impact and failed to relay the professional nature of both Merit's product range and services it offered the business community.
